Daniel J. Barker has appeared on numerous occasions in all levels of British Columbia Superior Courts, at the Federal Court of Canada, at the Supreme Court of Canada and before the British Columbia Securities Commission and the College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Mr. Barker has conducted a number of jury trials, both civil and criminal, before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
He is fluent in both French and Spanish.

Associate

Katrin is an associate at Barker & Company where she practices civil litigation. She has significant trial experience and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia.

Originally from Ontario, Katrin moved to Vancouver to obtain her law degree from the University of British Columbia. While in law school, Katrin was a clinician at the Rise Women’s Legal Centre, a clinic providing free and low-cost legal services to women and gender diverse people in family law matters. Katrin also served as an editor with the UBC Law Review throughout her time at law school.

In her spare time, Katrin likes to play video games, work on her tennis skills, and explore the mountains of British Columbia.
